Free GLP-1 tools
Four free tools for life on GLP-1: next dose date, site rotation planner, protein floor calculator and a printable appointment report. No sign-up needed.
These free tools run entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter is stored or sent anywhere, and you do not need to sign up. They help with the practical parts of tracking: working out your next dose date, planning a site rotation with the sites your clinician approved, and printing a report for your appointment. There are some tools we deliberately do not offer. Doser has no dose calculator, no unit converter and no medication-level chart, because the app does not tell you how much to take and the website should not either. Questions about amounts belong with your doctor, prescriber or pharmacist.
- Next dose date calculatorEnter your last dose and your schedule, weekly, daily, every 10 or 14 days, and see the next due date plus the four after it. Dates only, never amounts.
- Injection site rotation plannerPick the sites your clinician approved and get a rotation chart for the next eight weeks, ready to print or save to your phone.
- Protein calculatorEstimate a daily protein floor from your weight using published ranges, then split it across smaller meals. A starting point to confirm with your dietitian.
- Appointment report templateFill in doses, injection sites, symptoms and weight in your browser and print one tidy page for your next visit. Nothing you type is stored.
- Water intake calculatorGet a daily water estimate from your weight and activity, then track it glass by glass in Doser’s free water log. A general guide, not a medical target.
