Setting up

How do I add my medication? Pick your product from the list when you set up the app. Pens, tablets and vials are included.

Which schedules can I use? Weekly, daily, every 10 days or every 14 days. You set your own schedule, and Doser counts down to your next dose.

Reminders

When do reminders arrive? On dose day, the day before and when a dose is still open. Reminders are part of Doser Premium. Lock-screen notifications never name your medication or your dose.

Premium

How does the free trial work? Premium is free for 7 days for new subscribers, then renews monthly or yearly at the price shown in the app unless you cancel before the trial ends.

How do I cancel? In Google Play, under Payments & subscriptions.

Your data

How do I export my data or delete my account? You can do both from inside the app, on every plan.
