What a patient can bring you
The appointment report puts doses, injection sites, symptoms and weight on one page to share or print. It is part of Doser Premium. A free web template lets patients type the same details in a browser and print them.
What Doser does not do
Doser is not a medical device. It does not tell patients how much to take, and it does not assess them or say what a symptom means. Patients record the dose they were told to take.
Where symptom information comes from
Symptom pages quote published information from official sources, including the NHS, MedlinePlus, US FDA medicine labels, the European Medicines Agency and Ireland’s HSE, with the source named and linked. Read our sources and editorial policy.
